Colt Remington
Broker-Associate

I grew up just north of Fort Worth and began my customer service and sales habits at the age of sixteen while working as a sales representative for a local automotive repair shop. Since then, I’ve tried to draw from a range of unique life experiences, skills, and relationships to help others.
Before the age of 21, I had built custom motorcycles, worked in automotive repair, sales, farming and ranching, and had even been a full-time musician playing all over the southwest United States. Eventually, I decided to go back to school and after a couple of years in college, I felt like I needed to be part of something bigger than myself. I had to prove to myself that I could be successful at anything I set out to do. When the next semester ended, I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps.

During my service in the Marine Corps, I deployed to Al Anbar Province, Iraq, in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2007 and 2008. I deployed again to Helmand Province, Afghanistan as an Operations Chief in support of Operation Khanjar in 2009. After returning as a decorated combat veteran with four years of honorable service and multiple meritorious promotions, I met and married my beautiful wife, Chambley. We’ve since welcomed two sons and a precious daughter into the world and now reside just south of the Dallas- Fort Worth Metroplex, in Midlothian, Texas.

With the overwhelming love and support from my wife and family, I earned a bachelor’s degree from Tarleton State University and also became a police officer in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Over the next 8 years, I would specialize in helping people who suffer from mental illness, trauma-affected veterans, and also on training police officers in Crisis Intervention techniques and Mental Health Response.

While I’m no longer serving in uniform, I still make time to volunteer to teach and share my experiences with rookie and veteran police officers around DFW and try to help improve police interactions and contacts with people who suffer from mental illness. When I’m not representing clients and their families, I enjoy spending time with my young family and being outdoors as much as possible.

My current mission is to provide my clients with superior, stress-free customer service unmatched by anyone in the industry. My unique experiences, skills, and relationships have prepared me to meet and exceed your real estate needs in every way possible. I want to provide you with confident and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction and I’m convinced that I can accomplish these goals through integrity, diligence, and hard work. My life experiences have proven this to me time and again. I hope you’ll allow me to prove it to you.

Nichole Hart

We really enjoyed having Colt represent us on our first home build experience. He gave us great advice and important information to consider. We knew we could rest easy because Colt is good at what he does and he had our best interests at heart. He even entertained our young kids when we had to drag them along, which allowed us to focus on reviewing the homes.

Zach Standley

I trust this man 100%. If he says he will do it, he will! It is as simple as that.
