I have more than 25 years experience in the real estate industry and love what I do! It is always my mission to negotiate a win-win for both sides of the transaction regardless of which side I represent. Having never left the town I grew up in, I have seen all the changes that have taken place first hand as the area has grown. This allows me to provide my customers and clients with a wealth of personal knowledge and experience when working with them to buy and/or sell a home. There is a great sense of accomplishment that comes with helping a buyer or seller negotiate a deal that either puts them in a new home or moves them out of a home and into the next stage of their life. I take great pride in the fact that most of my customers/clients become friends during their transaction and don't hesitate to call me for information or just stop by or call to say hello long after their transaction has closed.
My husband and I both graduated from Waxahachie High School and we have 2 grown children (I really want to say 2 babies, however, that hardly seems appropriate since they are both over 25!). I am very active in the community and currently serve on the board of The Salvation Army and Boys and Girls Club. I love baseball (my husband and son both played for Waxahachie) and actively volunteer with the high school baseball boosters (RBI Club), running the concession stand during home games.
I can't say enough about Missy Phillips. She went above and beyond finding me the perfect home in Waxahachie after I sold my Cedar Creek lake home. She was instrumental in arranging for the closings on both properties in Gun Barrel City for my convenience. Thank you Missy! You're the best!
Missy is our go to Realtor for Ellis County. No one better in my book. She is very knowledgeable in the area and most importantly she is honest and trustworthy. She means what she says and then follows through. You won't find a better real estate professional in the area.
Missy was amazing! She was with us EVERY step of the way. She put us at so much ease! using her was the best choice we ever made!
