My name is Susan Bartholomew and I am a God loving, cancer-surviving, volunteer junky, an avid sports fan, lover of books, supportive wife and Maltipoo dog mom. People who know me would call me an encourager, a person who has never met a stranger and a person who gets it done. I was born and raised in Southern California and came to Texas by way of Hawai’i and North Carolina. My amazing husband, Greg and I settled here in 2012 when he got a job here after graduate school and have loved it ever since. We are fortunate enough to have lived on both sides of the DFW metroplex and settled into our home in Allen, Texas in 2015. After surviving two cancers in 2017, we rescued our Maltipoo, Kuma (then named Q-Tip) from the City of Hurst shelter at 8 weeks old and it was one of the best decisions of our lives. I am highly involved in my church and volunteer in many areas but mainly, being the team lead in the new guest area, singing on our worship team and serving in an administrative capacity for special events for the junior high and high school student ministries.
Given my background in serving, I wanted to be a real estate agent to be able to serve my community and the people that I love and the people they love with honesty, ethics, compassion and love while still being efficient and effective. I wanted to serve others “for the good.” Arguably, buying and selling a home is one of the most personal things to share with someone, so I am honored and privileged to be able to help in any way that I can. I am extremely passionate about giving you the level of service that I would want while also being your advocate in a professional manner.
