What is Remington Team Realty?

We are a growing real estate company based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We were founded in 2013 on two key principals, that true service is a calling and that one of the greatest benefits to success is our ability to give back to our community. To date we have sold over $153 Million in real estate and thru the kindness and generosity of our agents we have donated over $100k to local charities and organizations. Service and giving back are the cornerstones of our company.

At Remington Team Realty our focus is 100% client based. Our goals are 100% client driven. We are a “BLUE Family” owned business, with a rich history in law enforcement and public safety. All of our team members are service driven and many of our team members are from education, fire fighting and law enforcement professions.

Would you be interested in keeping 100% of your commissions?

With our cap commission structure all agents have the ability to keep more of their hard earned commission. All of our agents begin their fiscal year at an 80/20 commission split. With 80% going to the agent and 20% going to the company. During each agent’s fiscal year, once the company dollar reaches $20k the agent will no longer be required to pay the office portion. The agent will be at 100% commission until their fiscal year begins again.

How much do you need to sell to cap?

Based on 3% commission and assuming an average sales price of $260k, agents should cap between 13-15 transactions per fiscal year.

How many houses can you expect to sell your first year?

There’s no limit on your success. Remember, learning skills that prepare you for long term success in real estate don’t happen overnight. There is no hard and fast answer to this question. Some agents close their first transaction within a couple of months, while others may be well into their first year before they close their first transaction. Each agent is different.
